As a company, ProLitteris brings together the topics of business and culture. As a cooperative, we connect our members: authors, artists and other rights holders. Cooperative membership is open to owners of intellectual property who claim statutory royalties and have ProLitteris manage their copyrights.
The ProLitteris Welfare Foundation supports authors and artists who are in financially difficult circumstances. The benefits include retirement pensions for long-standing members and emergency support. In addition, advice from a social worker is available.
Cooperative members have the right, in accordance with the statutes of ProLitteris, to exercise their voting and election rights. In this way, you participate in shaping the management, organization and future of ProLitteris.
Every June, ProLitteris presents the annual report and the financial statements for the previous year, elects the members of the supervisory board and amends the statutes where necessary.
